Garage and Workshop
There are many activities performed under the Garage and
Workshop division but the major task is to carry out maintenance of vehicles
and equipment owned by SABA engineering and sister company. The garage and workshop
division is functionally classified in four major shops
1-Auto and industrial electric shop

Light and heavy duty vehicle electric maintenance

light and heavy duty machine electric maintenance i.e. Generators, compressor,
Drilling rigs , earth moving machine, crusher plant, pumps, welding machine

Pump installation and testing at the field after drilling process accomplished

Winding of motor and welding machine
2-Machine shop carries out its activities using the following machine
-
Milling machine - grinding, manufacturing, modifying spare parts like gears, keyway etc

Lathe machine - turning shafts, facing, checking bending and alignments

Hose fitting machine- fixing high and low pressure hose in hydraulic system

Drill machine - for drilling holes

Press machine- Used for dismantling and assembling, tolerance, clearance and press fitted parts. In addition for straightening

Boring machine- It is used to make bores for thread making, insert bushing, grind cylinder to the allowable standard cylinder bores etc
