Addis Block Production Share Company is one of the sister companies of Saba Engineering PLC acquired in December 2007 as a result of privatization policy of the Ethiopian Government with total capital of Birr 14,245,000.00. Addis Block Production Share Company’s head office and production site is located in Nifas Silk Lafto Kifle Ketema, kebele 10/18 behind Shell Depot where the production units are also located.
For over 28 years, the company has been engaged in producing various sizes of solid and hollow blocks supplying to the construction industry. Quality of the products is highest and this reputation is maintained through active involvement of the department of quality control in the company. In its endeavor to expand its services, the company has established a new production line for Terrazzo Tiles, Threads, Riser and Window seals in response to the market demand and the booming construction industry, especially, the housing development program of the government.
